Arnaud Louis is Senior Director and head of Supranationals ratings at Fitch
Ratings. The supranationals portfolio comprises about 30 issuers, mostly
Multilateral Development Banks, spread across Emerging and Developed
markets. Arnaud joined Fitch in 2011 as a sovereign rating analyst.
He previously worked as an economist at the French Embassy in London. He
began his career at COE-Rexecode, a French think tank based in Paris.
Arnaud holds two masters, one from the ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la
Statistique et de l’Administration Economique, Paris) and another one from
the University of London (Master of finance applied to economic policies). He
also holds a bachelor degree in philosophy from the Sorbonne University.
