Enzo Mangone has been working for the ECB Banking Supervision for nearly ten years, leading the team responsible for own funds and prudential consolidation. His field of expertise includes capital definition, regulatory perimeter, MREL/TLAC, Pillar 2 powers and accounting. Previously, he worked on the SSM SREP process. Before joining the ECB, he worked in the banking supervision department of Banca d’Italia, dealing with prudential regulation of banks and other financial institutions. He is a qualified lawyer in Italy and holds a PhD in the Law of Business and Commerce from Bocconi University.
