Eusebio Garre serves as the Head of Funding at IDB Invest, the private sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank Group. IDB Invest is a multilateral development bank dedicated to supporting private sector companies to advance economic, environmental, and social progress in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In his role, Mr. Garre is responsible for overseeing IDB Invest's debt issuance programs in the international capital markets and managing investor relations activities. Prior to joining IDB Invest in 2013, he was a Senior Advisor at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants after accumulating over a decade of experience at Deutsche Postbank, where he held various significant roles including Head of Liquidity and Capital Management and Head of Credit Treasury.

Mr. Garre earned his graduate degree in economics (Diplom Volkswirt) from the University of Cologne, Germany. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the IESE Business School in Barcelona and the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin.
