Mr Omar SEFIANI, is a finance expert with over 19 years of experience in international capital markets and currently the Treasurer of the African Development Bank Group.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2012, he occupied several roles in top tier financial institutions including at Citigroup London as an Interest Quantitative Analyst, Morgan Stanley London as a Hybrid Desk Strategist and Credit Agricole as a Credit Structurer.

Mr Sefiani holds a Master of Science Degree from Ecole Polytechnique Paris with a major in Applied Mathematics and Economics. He also holds a Master of Science degree from Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE) Paris, with a major in Statistics and Finance.
