Osman is a Director in the Financial Institutions ratings team at S&P Global Ratings, where he leads on accounting and disclosure matters for European banks. He represents the firm on the IFRS Advisory Council and has previously held roles at the UK Financial Services Authority and at PwC’s London Capital Markets Group and Assurance practice. Osman is a graduate of Brunel University where he holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA).
