Ralph Sinclair
Ralph Sinclair has been the editor GlobalCapital, the capital markets newspaper, since 2013. Before that he ran the newspaper’s public sector bond coverage under its former guise, EuroWeek, for over three years. This followed a career in investment banks, most notably four years on the fixed income syndicate and MTN desks at Nomura, before he left banking to become a journalist. At Nomura he worked mainly on new issues for public sector borrowers and financial institutions. He has also worked at BNP Paribas and UBS Warburg. Ralph holds a BSc in economic history from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Chief Scout's Award, but failed his Cycling Proficiency Test.
