Dr Ulf Erlandsson is chief executive officer and founder of the Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute (AFII), a research organisation empowering fixed income to drive the climate transition. He previously ran global credit, SSAs and a total return alpha strategy at Swedish state pension fund, AP4. Prior to that, he was a quantitative strategist at Barclays Capital. He has published a number of books and articles in the forefront of credit and sustainable fixed income. Dr Erlandsson was awarded Environmental Finance’s Bond Personality of the Year 2022 as well as CFA Sweden’s ESG Prize 2021. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from Lund University.
